1: Feed your starter with equal parts water and flour, then place it in the oven with the light on until it doubles in size. 2: Melt butter in a small saucepan, then mix in milk, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Pour into a bowl and let cool. 3: Add flour and starter to the butter mixture and mix until evenly combined. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes. 4: Perform 4 rounds of stretch and folds, turning the bowl 90° after each fold.
