Instructions
1: Grab a large (32 oz) mason jar. 2: On DAY 1, feed with 50 grams flour and water. Stir to combine. 3: On DAY 2, feed with 50 more grams flour and water. Stir to combine. 4: On DAY 3, discard 100 grams of your starter and feed with 100 grams flour and water. Stir to combine. 5: On DAY 4, discard 150 grams starter, then feed with 100 grams flour and water. Stir to combine. 6: On DAY 5, discard 200 grams starter, then feed with 150 grams flour and water. Stir to combine. 7: On DAY 6, discard 250 grams starter, then feed with 200 grams flour and water. Stir to combine. 8: On DAY 7, your starter is ready and active.View original recipe
