Instructions
1: Add one full packet of sourdough starter to your jar. Add 2 tablespoons of water, stir to combine, and let it sit for 4-5 hours. 2: Add 2 tablespoons of flour and 2 tablespoons of water. Stir to combine and let rest overnight. 3: On Day 2, feed with 2 tablespoons of flour and 1.5 tablespoons of water. Stir to combine and let rest overnight. 4: On Day 3, feed with one heaping 1/4 cup of flour and 3 tablespoons of water. Stir to combine and let rest overnight. 5: On Day 4, feed with one heaping 1/4 cup of flour and 3 tablespoons of water. Stir to combine and let rest overnight. 6: On Day 5, if the starter isn't doubling in size, discard all but 100 grams of your starter. Feed with 100 grams of flour and 100 grams of water.
