Instructions
1: Cook rice at any point. Finish by adding in remaining ingredients and setting aside. 2: Season steaks to your liking with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 3: Cook steaks to your liking. Let rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing into thin strips. 4: Combine all salsa ingredients into a food processor and blend until finely chopped. 5: Combine crema ingredients into food processor and blend until creamy. 6: In the same pan, cook the peppers until softened with balsamic vinegar until liquid is gone.
