What you need

lb mushroom
clove garlic

cup heavy cream

tbsp dijon mustard
tbsp fresh parsley

tbsp butter

tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper
Instructions
1: Salt and pepper your steaks. Set aside. 2: Chop your mushrooms, parsley, and mince your garlic. 3: Heat a large pan to medium high heat. Melt your butter and add your steaks. Cook to desired doneness. 4: Remove steaks once done and let sit. Add olive oil, garlic, and stir. 5: Add mushrooms and stir for a minute or two. Then, add cream, mustard, and parsley.
