A delicious and quick version of Salisbury steak, made with steak, spices, and homemade gravy with mushrooms and onions. Ready in about 30 minutes!

What you need

tbsp olive oil

steak seasoning

tsp fine sea salt

tsp black pepper

tbsp butter

yellow onion

oz mushroom
garlic
tbsp flour

cup beef broth
tsp salt

tsp mustard powder

tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder

tsp black pepper

tsp worcestershire sauce
Instructions
1: Coat your steaks with olive oil, then sprinkle seasonings on top and massage into meat. 2: Heat a large pan to medium high heat. Cook steak to desired doneness, in batches for a good sear. 3: Remove steak from pan and set aside. 4: Add butter to pan. Once melted, add in onions and cook until softened. Add in garlic and cook for a minute. 5: Add in flour and whisk together until a paste forms. Add in broth one cup at a time. Once combined, add in remaining spices and stir to incorporate. 6: Add in mushrooms, stir, and cover. Once mushrooms have softened, add in steaks and cover with gravy. Let cook together for a few minutes, then serve on mashed potatoes, rice, or enjoy by itself.View original recipe
