What you need

tbsp balsamic vinegar

cup broth
cup flour

cup milk

cooked rice

Instructions
1: Cube your steaks. 2: Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. 3: Cook to desired doneness, tossing occasionally. 4: Remove steak with slotted spoon and cook onions until softened. Add mushrooms and pour in balsamic vinegar. Cook until mushrooms are softened and onions have caramelized. 5: Stir flour and milk together until combined. Pour broth over mushrooms and onions. Bring to a simmer. Add in milk/flour mixture a little at a time until you have a nice gravy consistency. Remove from heat. 6: Place steak on top of rice. Cover with gravy.
