What you need

oz cream cheese

cup cheddar cheese

cup mozzarella cheese

sundried tomatoes

cup broccoli

clove garlic

tsp paprika

tsp onion powder

tsp thyme

tsp salt

tsp black pepper

bacon
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 375°. 2: Mix cheeses together in a medium bowl. Stir until evenly combined. 3: Pour in remaining filling ingredients and stir together. 4: Lay chicken breasts flat on a cutting surface and slice horizontally, ensuring you don’t cut all the way through the back, leaving a pocket for stuffing. 5: Mix spices, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Sprinkle evenly over chicken breasts. Rub into chicken. 6: Spoon about 1/3 cup of the filling into the chicken. Firmly press it in, then fold over to seal it up. Use a toothpick if needed. 7: If using bacon, lay out 4-5 strips and place chicken in the center. Fold strips over chicken and place into a baking dish. 8: Sprinkle black pepper on top. Spoon remaining filling into the baking dish to cook with the chicken. 9: Place into the oven for about 35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°. 10: Enjoy and be sure to love this video if you haven’t already.View original recipe
