What you need

lb ground beef

oz mushroom

onion

cup cheese

spinach

tsp salt

tbsp thyme

tsp black pepper

oz cream cheese
Instructions
1: Brown your ground beef in a pan. Set aside. In the same pan, sauté your onions. Once onions have softened, add in your mushrooms. 2: Add salt, thyme, and pepper to your onion and mushroom mixture. Stir until combined and mushrooms have released all their liquid. Remove from pan and place into a large bowl. 3: Add ground beef to the onions and mushrooms. Add in cream cheese, 1 cup of cheese, and spinach. 4: Slice your sausages open down the middle. Stuff with a generous portion of the ground beef mixture. 5: Top with more cheese. 6: Place into the oven at 350° F for 20-25 minutes, or until sausage reaches a temperature of 165° F. 7: Serve as is or enjoy with a bun.View original recipe
