
Weeknight Lasagna
This weeknight lasagna is a quick and easy lasagna casserole that captures all the delicious flavors without the hassle of traditional layering. With a mix of ground beef, Italian sausage, various cheeses, and hearty sauces, it promises a delightful dinner experience.
What you need

lb ground beef

lb italian sausage

lb mozzarella cheese

cup parmesan cheese

oz ricotta cheese

oz cream cheese

cup red onion

tbsp fresh basil

oz spinach
tsp dried oregano

clove garlic

oz pasta sauce

oz tomato sauce
Instructions
1: Break lasagna noodles into 2 inch pieces and add to a pot of boiling water. Strain and set aside when done. 2: Add cream cheese, ricotta cheese, spinach, 1 tbsp basil, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic, and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese to a large bowl. Mix until combined. 3: Remove casing from sausage. Add to a large pan/pot along with ground beef and brown both. Once browned, add in garlic, remaining basil, onion, and cook until softened. Add in pasta sauce, tomato sauce, and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese—cook until heated through. 4: Add noodles into meat mixture and stir until combined. Pour contents into a large baking dish. Top with large scoops of cheese mixture. Lightly spread around. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. 5: Bake in oven at 375° for 30 minutes.
