
Bang Bang Chicken Pasta

What you need

lb chicken breast

tbsp lemon juice

tsp paprika

tsp onion powder

tbsp olive oil

cup mozzarella cheese
cup pasta water
cup chicken broth

tsp black pepper

tsp table salt
egg

cup avocado oil
tsp italian seasoning

oz cream cheese

tbsp honey
box pasta

cup heavy cream

clove garlic clove

tsp cayenne pepper

tbsp hot sauce

tsp thyme

tsp garlic powder
Instructions
1. Cook noodles according to package instructions at any point. 2. Pound your chicken breasts to uniform thickness, about 1/2 inch thick. Drizzle with olive oil and coat with seasonings, reserving 1 tablespoon of the seasonings. 3. Add your chicken breasts to a hot pan and cook until golden brown on each side, and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from pan and set aside. 4. Add chicken broth to the pan and bring to a simmer. Add in your heavy cream and stir to combine. Once warmed, add in garlic and cream cheese. Whisk until evenly combined. 5. Once combined, stir in pasta water, reserved seasonings, and mozzarella cheese. Whisk until well combined and creamy. 6. Stir in your pasta noodles and cubed chicken. Stir to combine. 7. Mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons hot sauce, and 1 tablespoon honey together. Stir until smooth. Serve your pasta and drizzle with bang bang sauce.
