What you need

tbsp onion powder

tomato
lb chicken breast

cup hot sauce

head lettuce

lb gouda

tbsp paprika

tbsp fine sea salt
cup olive oil

butter

yellow onion

red onion

tbsp garlic powder

tsp cayenne pepper

lb cheddar cheese
cheese bread
Instructions
1. Place your chicken breasts into a bowl and coat with olive oil, then add seasonings. Mix with hands until combined. 2. Cook chicken breasts on medium high heat until cooked through. Set aside and let rest. Once cooled, slice chicken into chunks. 3. Slice onions and cook in a pan over medium heat. Once translucent, add in 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar. Cook until caramelized. 4. Melt butter in a pan. Add in hot sauce and stir until combined. Remove from heat. Add 2/3 of the sauce to a bowl and add chicken, toss to coat. 5. Combine the remaining third of your hot sauce with 1 cup of the ranch. Shake to combine. 6. Slice loaves in half top to bottom. Lay a piece of parchment paper down. Lay down the bottom half of your loaves. Spread ranch on bottom half, then chicken, then cheese. Place under broiler to melt the cheese. 7. Optionally, place the top half of the loaves into the oven to warm them up and soften them. 8. Top melted cheese with lettuce, onions, and spicy ranch. Place top half of loaf on. Serve and enjoy!
