What you need

tbsp onion powder

cup beef broth

tbsp paprika

cup plain yogurt

lb ground beef

pinch coarse sea salt

cup all purpose flour

cup ketchup

tsp mustard

tbsp garlic powder

cup cheddar cheese

pinch cayenne pepper

cup pickle

pinch salt

onion
Instructions
1. Mix yogurt and flour together until combined. Knead for 5 minutes until smooth. Adjust yogurt by a tablespoon or two if necessary. Dough should be slightly tacky, but not too sticky. 2. Divide dough into 8-10 balls. Roll them into circles on a floured surface. 3. Cook ground beef with onions until beef is browned and onions are softened. 4. Add in spices, ketchup, mustard, cream cheese, pickles, broth, and about 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese. Mix until combined. 5. Place two scoops of beef mixture onto each dough circle. Add a small handful of cheddar cheese on top, then fold the edges of dough toward the center and pinch lightly to seal. 6. Flip each over onto a floured surface or parchment paper, and repeat until all pockets are sealed. 7. In a pan over medium heat with olive oil, lay pockets seam side down with a lid on top. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side with the lid on. 8. Serve as is or cut in half. Serve with your favorite sauce.
