cup parmesan cheese

splash olive oil

butter

tbsp paprika

tsp thyme
tbsp salt

tbsp italian seasoning

tsp black pepper

Instructions
1. Remove the backbone from the chicken and press down on the breast side to flatten. Pat dry with a paper towel. 2. Coat chicken with olive oil and sprinkle seasoning over it, reserving 1 tablespoon of the seasoning. Pat the seasoning onto the chicken. 3. Preheat grill to 250°. Lay chicken flat on grill. Place a bowl of butter and remaining seasoning mix on grill. Insert temp probe into the chicken breast to track the temp. 4. Once butter melts, baste chicken with the butter and seasoning mix every 15-20 minutes. 5. Let the chicken rest after cooking, then remove the meat from the bone and chop into small pieces. 6. Increase grill heat to 450°. Place a pan on the grill, pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add remaining butter, juices from chicken, garlic, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, and whisk until slightly thickened. Add Parmesan cheese and whisk until combined. 7. Stir chopped chicken and cooked noodles into the sauce until evenly combined and warmed through. 8. Serve and enjoy!
