These homemade full carb tortillas are perfect for quesadillas, burritos, and tacos. Made with all-purpose flour, sea salt, warm water, and butter, they are simple yet versatile, providing a delicious base for a variety of meals.

What you need
cup warm water

tsp fine sea salt

cup all purpose flour
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl. Mix until a shaggy dough forms. 2. Dump out onto a lightly floured work surface and knead until a smooth uniform dough ball forms. Let rest for about 30 minutes. 3. Roughly shape your dough ball into a circle and then cut into 12-15 pieces depending on how large you want your tortillas. 4. On a floured work surface, roll your dough balls into flat round tortillas about 1/8 inch thick. 5. On a cast iron skillet over medium heat, cook your tortillas for about one minute on each side until golden brown. 6. Repeat until all tortillas are made. Use immediately or place into a zip lock bag and into the freezer. Rewarm them in the oven as needed.
